By using Hey Love (“App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our app, you agree to follow these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

2. User Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the app. By using Hey Love, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and update it as needed.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.
  • Management: Subscriptions may be managed by you, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
  • Cancellations: No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
  • Unused Portion: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

5. Use of the App

  • Hey Love provides AI avatars for digital companionship in a friendly, romantic, or flirty style based on subscription level.
  • You agree not to use the app for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.
  • You acknowledge that AI responses are generated and may not reflect real human interaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, AI avatars, and app features are owned by Hey Love. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms or engaging in harmful behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hey Love is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Users will be notified, and continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
